1. Use of Leads

Leads provided through Fire Car Leads are intended solely for lawful sales and marketing outreach by verified automotive dealerships and sales representatives.

2. Test Drive 100 Free Leads Offer

The 100 Free Car Buyer Leads offer is limited to eligible auto dealerships and sales managers. PRO REC INC reserves the right to verify business credentials before delivering lead spreadsheets.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Purchased lead packages are delivered digitally via spreadsheet/CSV download or direct CRM injection. Due to the digital nature of lead data, all sales are final upon delivery unless otherwise specified in writing.
